At Cycle City Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hangtags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
